HOW IT WORKS

Begin by browsing our beautiful collection of soft play sets, bouncy castles, and add-ons. Select the package that perfectly complements your celebration and your space.

Once you’ve found your favourite, simply email us with your event date, time, and venue location so we can confirm availability. Prefer something simpler? Complete our contact form at the bottom of the page — and we’ll be in touch to help bring your vision to life.

Once your preferred package and date have been confirmed, simply complete the final booking steps below:
Complete and return your booking form within 24 hours to secure your date.
Read and e-sign the waiver — bookings cannot be confirmed without this step.
Send your security deposit to finalise your reservation.
Once all three items have been received, your booking is officially confirmed — and your special celebration is in the diary!

Relax — we’ll take care of everything.
On the day, our team will arrive around one hour before your event to set up your beautiful soft play area.Please ensure there’s clear access and that the space is safe and ready for installation.
After your event, we’ll return to pack everything away — please allow about one hour for this.
Before you book
you should probably know the following…

To ensure a smooth and safe setup, please make sure your chosen space is completely flat and level.
Unfortunately, slopes or uneven surfaces mean we won’t be able to set up safely.
If you’re unsure, you’re very welcome to send us a photo of the area — we’re always happy to advise.
Please let us know in advance about any access limitations or stairs, as additional time may be needed and a surcharge may apply.
Due to the size and weight of our signature soft play equipment, we kindly ask for ground-floor access or the use of a service lift.

As much as we love outdoor celebrations, the Great British weather can be wonderfully unpredictable. While sunny days are always welcome, they’re never guaranteed — so it is ESSENTIAL to ensure you have a backup indoor option available.
For safety reasons, we DO NOT set up in the rain or if rain is forecast under any circumstances.
From 1st September to 31st May, bookings must take place indoors or inside a commercial marquee with enclosed sides with flooring.
Please note that all outdoor bookings are dependent on dry weather conditions. -
We offer complimentary delivery within a 3-mile radius of KT22.
For locations outside this area, please get in touch — we’ll be delighted to provide a personalised delivery quote based on your event location. -

Perfectly planned, whatever your space.
Each of our packages includes details of the recommended setup area within the Packages section of our website. Please review these measurements to ensure your chosen space is suitable.
If your venue is slightly smaller or uniquely shaped, that’s no problem — we can often adjust the layout to fit beautifully. Simply share your space dimensions with us, and we’ll tailor the setup to suit your event perfectly.

To keep everyone safe — and ensure the play area stays as beautiful as when it arrived — please take a moment to read our simple rules below.Play Rules
STRICTLY stick to ages for the packages chosen.
No shoes (INCLUDING ADULTS) in the soft play area.
Socks must be worn at all times
No food, drinks, or face paint within the play area
No sharp objects or hard toys allowed
All equipment must stay within the matted area
Balls MUST be returned to the ball pit before collection
Adult supervision is required at all times
We respectfully ask that all balls are placed back into the ball pit before we arrive to pack down.
A surcharge will apply if excessive time is required to collect them.
This helps us stay on schedule and ensures every celebration — including yours — runs smoothly and on time.

A smooth setup for a seamless celebration.
Please ensure the area is clear and ready for our team on arrival and collection.
All children must vacate the play area before we begin pack down — as adorable as little helpers are, we need to handle this part ourselves for safety.
Thank you for your cooperation — it helps us keep every event perfectly on schedule!

Clean, cared for, and beautifully maintained.
The safety and comfort of our little guests is always our priority. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before delivery, during setup, and after collection.
We uphold exceptionally high hygiene standards, ensuring every play setup is as pristine and inviting as the last.
